We collect and use the information below to provide and improve the Services of Mood House.

Account Information

When you sign up for a membership, we collect information you provide to us as part of account creation such as your name, email address, address, birthday and other contact information.

General Services Information

When you use the Services, we collect information related to the devices on which you are using our Services. We may collect this information using analytics software such as Google Analytics and Squarespace analytics. Examples of such information include the type of device, type of browser, IP addresses, the website you visited before ours, and other identifiers associated with your device, including your location.

Do Not Track

There is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We currently ignore all DNT signals or signals that may be considered DNT signals.

The Mood House Services may contain links to third party sites. Mood House is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party sites, and we strongly encourage you to read the privacy policies of third-party sites to understand those policies and make an informed decision as to whether to share your information with those sites. Third party sites include social media sites that allow you to share information with friends and the public, according to the settings you choose for those sites. Your interactions with third party sites, including social media sites, are governed by the privacy policies of each of those sites.

These services are not directed at children under 13, and we will not intentionally collect or store any personally identifiable information of children under 13. If you are a child under the age of 13, please do not use our Services or submit any personally identifiable information to us.
