How does delivery work?
After you purchase a 3-Month Membership, you (the buyer) will receive a receipt immediately, plus a confirmation email within 24 hours that includes a printable PDF for you to give your recipient. We will not contact any recipients until December 26, 2022 to ensure your gift is a surprise!

What if I'd like to give a physical gift?
Stop by Mood House in person and browse our retail selection including our signature, locally produced candles, Calm bath soak, Mood House merch and more if you'd like to add a physical item to the 3-Month Membership gift.
We also provide complimentary Mood House stationery in case you'd like to write a personalized note!Can I buy this for myself?
Yes! If you'd like to purchase this package for yourself and have your credits available to use on your profile right away, you can check out by clicking "Book a massage" > "Individual Appointment" > "Become a Member."

Do you offer couple's massage?
We do not – our massage experience incorporates several individual preferences so it is a solo experience! We recommend booking simultaneous massages (separate rooms) with a joint infrared sauna session to follow for some quality time.
What about gratuity?
Recommended gratuity is 20% ($17) and is not included in this package. The recipient will be able to add gratuity after their massage or can pre-select it during online booking. It is a cashless experience.
Do you offer prenatal massage? Deep tissue?
Yes. We can offer prenatal massage in the second and third trimester only. We also offer deep tissue sessions at no extra cost. The massage credits will apply to these service types!
Looking for 80-minute massages?
No problem! The recipient’s 50-minute credit will be applied at checkout and they can simply pay for the upgrade ($40).
What about the infrared sauna?
The recipient gets to enjoy member exclusive pricing and perks through March 31, 2023. The infrared sauna can be booked after a massage or as a standalone service. Member pricing is $20 for a solo session or $40 for two.
Does Mood House offer simple gift cards?
Yes, you can buy gift cards here. It's easy! We recommend $132 (50-Minute Signature Massage with gratuity), $180 (80-Minute Signature Massage with gratuity) or $220 (80-Minute Massage & Infrared Sauna solo session with gratuity).
What about sharing? Is this package refundable?
Gift Membership massage credits are shareable! They expire on March 31, 2023.
This package is non-refundable; gift cards are also non-refundable.
