3 wellness concepts coming soon to CLT

Y'all. The wellness scene in Charlotte is HEATING UP and I love to see it. More people taking better care of themselves than ever before… chef's kiss. Here are three concepts opening in 2024 that I'm pumped about.

Oh, and a quick FAQ! I personally love a cold plunge and hot/cold therapy. Cold plunge gets me hyped up, and it's SO fun with friends. But I decided after a lot of reflection that I want Mood House to be a place for calm, chill energy – more focused on the rest piece than active recovery. So, no, we do not have any plans to add cold plunge to our suite of services! :)

The Charlotte Health Club from @findyouraltitude's Addy Collett

Ok, I could NOT be more excited for the epic health club – official name is TBA – that's coming to Oakhurst Commons. That means they'll be our next door neighbor at our new location coming this summer. YES. Expect 16,000 square feet of open-gym, classes, cold plunges, saunas and “boujee locker rooms.” Here for it. Sauna House Charlotte

I've been a Sauna House fan in Asheville for years now, so I'm thrilled they're coming to Charlotte! As they put it, the experience “is simple, feels good, with benefits backed by science. 15 minutes in the sauna. 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge. Relax, rehydrate, and repeat.” They'll be in Wesley Heights next to to Rhino Market on Morehead. Follow along.

Plunge House

This members-only concept brings Charlotte a high end recovery experience with “14 cold plunges, 14 hot plunges, saunas, beauty bar, hot tea, and a space you can call your own.” Can't wait to see this one come to life! The renderings look sick. Follow along.
