Assistant & Location Managers
Mood House is your home for stress-melting massage, with locations in Dilworth (est. 2021) and Oakhurst (est. 2024). In 2024 we also acquired sister brand Toccare Day Spa. Additionally, Charlotte Ballet Dancers and Carolina Panthers TopCats Cheerleaders choose our team for self-care.
Assistant Managers and Location Managers are responsible for overseeing all operations of their respective location including client experience and team success, with support from the Founder. These are positions with rapid growth potential.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction and high-touch client problem-solving
• Support team in day to day operational problem-solving
• Oversee HR functions and schedules for all location’s employees
• Hit sales targets and maintain a driven, high-performance culture
• Train and lead front desk in excellent customer service
• Maintain high “house standards” and oversee systems for upkeep and inventory
• Run payroll and other reports

Requirements:
• Must have strong verbal skills, with the ability to write polished client-facing communications
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have weekend availability
• Google Suite experience is required
• People-management experience required
• Wellness or service industry experience is a plus
• Boulevard software experience is a plus
