Front Desk Team Member (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients warmly, checking them in and out with care and efficiency.
• Manage client communication across email, social media, phone, and text like a pro. We value response speed highly.
• Encourage repeat visits by prebooking appointments to ensure client retention.
• Promote and educate clients about memberships, focusing on consistently hitting sales targets.
• Deliver top-tier hospitality to ensure every client feels valued and cared for.
• Strategically book appointments to help keep our therapists’ schedules running smoothly – your ability to book efficiently directly impacts teammates’ income!
• Handle payments and kindly enforce policies like late cancellation rules.
• Solve problems with a can-do attitude and know that multitasking is part of the role.
• Pitch in with team housekeeping – if you see it, clean it!
• Be willing to step up for teammates, especially when someone’s out sick.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming spa environment.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
• Wear many hats – and rock them all – to support the team and clients!

Requirements:
• Must have strong verbal skills, with the ability to write polished client-facing communications.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be reliable.
• Full-Time employees must have previous spa or salon experience.
• Must have weekend availability.
