Assistant & Location Managers

Mood House is your home for stress-melting massage. Featured nationally and voted the city's #1 massage, it's the go-to space for self-care in Charlotte. The flagship Dilworth location opened in 2021 and the second location is opening in Oakhurst summer 2024.

Assistant Managers and Location Managers are responsible for overseeing all operations of their respective location including client experience and team success, with support from the Market GM and Founder.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction and high-touch client problem-solving
• Support team in day to day operational problem-solving
• Oversee HR functions for all location’s employees (with support from GM)
• Oversee all employees' schedules
• Train and lead front desk in excellent customer service
• Serve as back up support for the massage and front desk team
• Maintain high “house standards” and oversee systems for upkeep
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
• Run payroll reports
• Manage product inventory

Requirements:
• Must have strong verbal skills, with the ability to write polished client-facing communications
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have weekend availability
• Customer service experience required
• Google Suite experience is required
• People-management experience preferred
• Wellness industry experience is a plus
• Boulevard software experience is a plus
